, personality . Danny is a very lighthearted soul. He likes to have fun and live life to the fullest, but this is sometimes accomplished at the expense of others. He does not always think before he acts or speaks, and he rarely considers the consequences of anything such. He sometimes commits overshare, and he seems to be an open book. However, there are several subjects in which Danny will never speak, and because of the way he plays dumb here, he can come off as rather simple-minded. As far as his book-smarts go, he is not very intelligent and is often teased about the ridiculous things he asks. , history . Daniel Alan David Jones was born on March 12th, 1986 in Bolton, England. Growing up, he was close to his older sister, Vicky, skipping school to play alongside her vocal talents in local pubs. The two musically-gifted siblings later formed a band called Y2K with a friend and competed on Step to the Stars. Danny went on to audition for the boyband V, believing it to be a Busted-esque band, and there met Tom Fletcher whom was working alongside Busted's own James Bourne. The two then formed their own band, later joining with Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd to become McFly. Doubling with Tom, Danny plays the guitar and sings, and he has also written several of the band's songs himself, such as Walk in the Sun and Not Alone. As of 2009, the band has released four full-length albums, as well as a soundtrack to the film Just My Luck (in which they also starred) and a greatest hits album. In late 2007, unsatisfied with their restrictions at Island, the band left and created their own record label, Super Records. Their latest album, Radio:Active, was released under Super Records. As of late, though their success has weaned slightly, the band has been trying to reach out to other countries with their music, including several trips to Brazil.

As far as Danny goes, he has made a name for himself as of late as a bit of a womanizer. He has made many appearances in tabloids on account of his fling with Miss England, Laura Coleman. He has also been working on music with his sister's band in his small home studio, while trying to manage carrying for a dog of his own. He has been estranged from his father since the filming of Just My Luck, though he maintains a close relationship with his mother and sister. He also idolizes Bruce Springsteen.[/SIZE][/font]
